A WordPress site left unattended stops working properly within 12–18 months. Plugins fall out of date, vulnerabilities are found in them, content goes stale, and one day it turns out the site has been hacked or simply will not open. WordPress Care prevents that, and additionally gives you 1–2 hours of small content edits a month so you never have to come to us over trifles.
What's included monthly
- Updates to the WordPress core, theme and plugins, with the option to roll back
- Weekly automatic backups on a separate server, kept for 30 days
- Security: alerts on password-guessing attempts, malware scans, firewall
- Page load speed monitoring and a report on broken links
- 1–2 hours of content edits a month on the Standard and Plus plans
- A monthly report: what was done and what deserves attention
- Priority response if the site stops opening: within 4 hours on the Plus plan
