Privacy policy
This page explains what data we receive when you send an enquiry or write to us, why we need it, who else sees it and how to delete it.
Who processes the data
Alexandr Pavlov, a registered sole proprietor (FOP) in Ukraine ("we"). Send questions about your data to hello@crispfront.com.
What data we receive
- What you enter in the form on this site: name, email, phone or messenger contact, company name, the chosen package and your message.
- What you enter in a lead form in our Facebook or Instagram ads: name, phone, type of business, approximate budget and a description of the task.
- Our correspondence with you by email or in messengers.
- The IP address the form was sent from: only while it is checked for spam, we do not store it.
- Anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies and no data that could identify you.
Why
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, sign a contract and do the work. We do not send marketing newsletters to contacts from our forms and we do not sell your data.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by sending the form, and, if we sign a contract, its performance. This is provided by Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
Who else sees the data
- Cloudflare: its servers run this site and process the form.
- Telegram: an enquiry from the form reaches us as a Telegram message.
- Meta: if you sent an enquiry through our Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta stores it first.
- The email host ukraine.com.ua: our email correspondence goes through it.
These services may store data outside Ukraine.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence without a contract are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. If we worked together, contract documents are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. Write to hello@crispfront.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
