• How do you quote the work without having seen my site?

  We start with a free 30-minute audit. We open your site, list the specific problems in order of priority (critical, important, desirable) and send a quote. You decide what goes into the work. No obligation to continue.

• My site is on a platform you did not mention. Can you help?

  We work with WordPress on any theme, OpenCart, Joomla, Drupal and hand-coded HTML/CSS. We do not take on improvements to sites built on website builders (Tilda, Wix, Squarespace): there is no access to the code. For those there is the «Site Migration» package, which moves you to a full platform. For Bitrix and closed proprietary systems we will say upfront whether we can help or you need a different specialist.

• Can you fix SEO on an existing site?

  We can fix technical SEO: speed, schema markup, sitemap, mobile behaviour, meta tags, internal links. Content strategy, keyword research and ongoing promotion are a separate specialist's job, not ours.

• How long does the work take?

  Express in 3 days, a landing page in 5–7 days, a service business site in 7–10 days, an upgrade of an existing site in 1–2 weeks. The price and the date are fixed before we start, not along the way. The count begins not from the payment but from the day we have your photos, service list and prices. If there is nobody to collect them, we spend the first day on that ourselves and show you the result for approval.

• How do payments work?

  50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal through Lemon Squeezy, or issue a direct invoice from our Ukrainian sole proprietorship (ФОП). Receipts and closing documents are provided.

• What about support after launch?

  Edits after launch are included in every package: 30 days, 14 for the Express package. Bugs in how the site works are fixed free for 3 months. If you need longer, there is a monthly maintenance subscription from $80 a month, or from $120 with content edits.

• What if I do not like the result?

  There are 4 places where you can stop. The estimate costs nothing, and you are not obliged to continue after it. Then you see how the site will look before it is built, and edits at this stage are included. Payment is split in half, so you pay the second half when you see the finished site, not in advance. After launch, 30 days of edits are included as well, and bugs in how the site works are fixed free for 3 months.

• Can I update content myself?

  Yes. On WordPress and OpenCart we set up a clear admin panel: you add pages, services, products and articles yourself. After delivery we send a one-hour training video so you never have to contact us over small things.

• Who owns the site?

  You do. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting is on your account, and the source code and all credentials are handed over on delivery. No dependency on our infrastructure.

• Where are you based and how do we work together?

  We work remotely. A registered sole proprietorship in Ukraine: contract, invoice and closing documents. We talk by message or in an online meeting, in Ukrainian or Russian, with a reply within 24 hours. Working on your site never requires anyone to be there in person.
