The list above is what the package covers, not a ceiling. Any technical requirements beyond it we discuss separately and quote individually.

• How is this different from Express?

  Express is one page that holds everything. Here you get 3 to 6 pages: every service has its own, with a price, photos and a request form. The structure is just as ready-made, which is why it costs less than a site designed from scratch.

• Can I change the prices myself?

  Yes. If your prices change often, we set up WordPress with a clear admin panel and show you how to use it. If they rarely change, we build a static site and make the edits ourselves: free during the 30 days of edits, then as agreed.

• What if I need more than 6 pages?

  Then it is fairer to look at Company Site: 5 to 10 pages with a bespoke theme. If you need 7 or 8 pages but no bespoke theme, we will quote it separately, the price depends on the scope.

• How long does the work take?

  Express in 3 days, a site with its own design in 5–7 days, an upgrade of an existing site in 1–2 weeks. The price and the date are fixed before we start, not along the way. The count begins not from the payment but from the day we have your photos, service list and prices. If there is nobody to collect them, we spend the first day on that ourselves and show you the result for approval.

• How do payments work?

  50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal through Lemon Squeezy, or issue a direct invoice from our Ukrainian sole proprietorship (ФОП). Receipts and closing documents are provided.

• What about support after launch?

  30 days of edits and fixes are included in every package. If you need longer, there is a monthly maintenance subscription from $80 a month, or from $120 with content edits.

• What if I do not like the result?

  There are 4 places where you can stop. The estimate costs nothing, and you are not obliged to continue after it. Then comes the design draft: you see how the page will look before it is built, and 1 round of edits is included. Payment is split in half, so you pay the second half when you see the finished site, not in advance. After launch, 30 days of edits are included as well.

• Can I update content myself?

  Yes. On WordPress and OpenCart we set up a clear admin panel: you add pages, services, products and articles yourself. After delivery we send a one-hour training video so you never have to contact us over small things.

• Who owns the site?

  You do. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting is on your account, and the source code and all credentials are handed over on delivery. No dependency on our infrastructure.

• I already have a site but it's not working well. Can you fix it?

  Yes, that is the «Site Upgrade» package. We work with existing sites on any CMS: refreshing individual pages, speed work, bug fixes, new features, a move to reliable hosting. $500 – $2,500 in 1–2 weeks.

• Where are you based and how do we work together?

  We work remotely. A registered sole proprietorship in Ukraine: contract, invoice and closing documents. We talk by message or in an online meeting, in Ukrainian or Russian, with a reply within 24 hours. Working on your site never requires anyone to be there in person.
